While it's not quite reason to rush the field or anything, hey, at least the kids hung in there and fought for Washington State! While it ended up a blowout as the Beavs piled it on late, well, just keeping it to 21-10 late into the 3rd quarter? SMALL WIN CITY for this program right now. So no matter the final score, no matter the lack of a crowd in this final home game of a lousy '09 season, just know that they hung in there and played hard. That's all we can hope for with this outfit right now, and so we should be proud of the effort.
